We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information unless explicitly requested in the future.

We store your apartment search preferences (e.g., neighborhoods, price range, number of bedrooms) to provide personalized listing alerts.

c. Device Information

We may collect non-personal information such as device model, OS version, and notification token to help deliver push notifications and improve app performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your login via phone number
• Deliver push notifications about new apartment listings that match your preferences
• Maintain and improve the functionality and reliability of the App

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal data with third-party marketing companies.

We may share limited data with trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase for authentication and push delivery), but only as necessary to operate the App and never for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your phone number and search preferences as long as your account is active. You may contact us (firstmovernyc@gmail.com) to request the deletion of your account at any time, which will remove your personal data from our systems within a reasonable period.

5. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we will send alerts about new apartment listings that match your saved search criteria. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app by turning off "Notifications".

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including secure data storage and encrypted connections. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
